"Judith Taylor came highly recommended to us by a mortgage broker at our finance advisor’s office in Newcastle after I mentioned we were interested in purchasing the first property for our SMSF in the Newcastle area, and how difficult it was living in Sydney, both working full time and trying to familiarise ourselves with the area and inspect houses on the few week-ends we were both free.  In spite of this we still had reservations about using a buyer’s agent and continued to procrastinate. Thank goodness Judith took the initiative and contacted us!  After some lengthy telephone conversations it was evident that Judith had her finger on the pulse of the Newcastle area. I later discovered that she was a born and bred Novocastrian who puts her money where her mouth is and invests there herself.
