Buying a Family Home in Belmont

Select Property Finder was approached by a family from the South Coast to help find their dream home in Belmont  John and Sheron from Pambula visited Belmont for a family holiday. They fell in love with the area and decided it was time for a sea-change. They contacted Judith to help find their perfect family home. John and Sheron had very specific plans for their new home, they even had particular streets in Belmont they were interested in. After searching and searching, they couldn’t find anything that was exactly what they were looking for. So, the solution was to build their new home from the ground up. Judith recommended contacting local homeowners with a letterbox drop. They had 3 responses to the letter, and after reviewing all options decided that one offer was perfect. The house was in extremely poor condition. Judith assisted in the private sale of the property, ensuring that John and Sheron weren’t paying too much for a home they were about to knock-down. After the settlement, Judith assisted with the Development Application process, designing and building the new home. She ensured the project stayed within budget at every stage of the project from the demolishing to design and build. John and Sheron now have the brand new home of their dreams.
