New Lambton Knock-Down & Development

Select Property Finder was contacted by a local investor to manage the knock-down of the original premises and development of three townhouses. Working closely with the architect, Judith played a key role in the design and style of the townhouses. Looking at other properties in the suburb, she helped develop a townhouse design that was modern and fresh, yet consistent with the feel of the neighbourhood. Judith didn’t just focus on the aesthetic appearance of the townhouses, she also ensured the designs were practical. The original property backed onto a cycleway, so Judith wanted each townhouse to have easy access to the cycleway via a back gate. Judith has managed all aspects of the Development Assessment stages and helped this project reach the construction certificate stage. She looks forward to overseeing the construction as it progresses.
